oldandlazy, per an email reply from RM yesterday he said that KRY has not been approached in any way from the VZ gov't for this "renegotiation", so you are right. He went on to say that this document and views seems to be isolated only to Minamb and that all other gov't entities support KRY fully. IMO when we will actually hear this from the VZ gov't is anybody's guess. Could be minutes from now days, weeks or months.
