Wow, everyone is ready to freak out over everything that happens with this Company. I suppose it's not suprising after the reamings and boots in the nuts we have received all these years...

Anyway, Richard clarified the sale to me and what transpired is exactly as I had figured. Crystallex bought the equipment and took delivery. We have no immediate use for this equipment as we await Venezuela getting their shit together (even if the permit was awarded tomorrow, we won't need this equipment on site for some time). The vendor we bought the stuff from has other customers in immediate need for this equipment. We agree to let the vendor have our stuff and it is swapped out for the stuff the other customer had on order... sooo, their order now becomes our order, they take immediate delivery of brand new 4 or 5 year old equipment and we receive a premium on the sale. We will take delivery of brand new 0 year old equipment when it becomes available. Richard tells me that "these swaps should have no impact on our development plans or timelines."

BTW, in case anyone is having difficulty in contacting Richard, he is out of the office on a personal matter for a few days so don't read anything into his lack of availability.

I don't know what exactly the type of equipment we're talking about is because I didn't ask and quite frankly it doesn't matter.
