I was wondering whether Hugo's people floated this story myself...with his recent talk of an "imminent invasion" from Columbia and his problem with the FARC computer...he needs to generate some spin. Never thought about the Carrizales connection. That could also be V-Headline propaganda as well. In any event...it sounds like BS...whatever the motive. I think he would simply feed Ortega to the wolves directly unless he is trying to kill two "trolls" with one stone?
