Any guess on "post permit" share price?

....assuming we get the permit before we run out of cash (or die) and the M.O.A. is not rendered unprofitable by crapping on the existing deal now that our share price is 80 cents? I'm thinking my "permit pop" price of 7.80 is too high at this juncture. Tryingt to stay positive but not stupidly so.
