I really think that the risk/reward ratio has really gone more to the risk side now,even with an announcement of permit.With all the bad press and the idiotic ways this disfuctioning country operates.im afraid we wont see the spike that was anticapated.In my opion $4.00 is a high guess.Before i was thinking $8 +,not anymore.If they received the permit,do they not have to do another financing before the mine could be started? I think it will be much harder to find money now.A take out would probably lead to a better share price,but that will take time,and i will be long gone.Good luck all.
