...it would make sense that we receive it before May 27th...the deadline when the 15 day 'response to rebuttal' expires automatically confirming the negative permit stance previously stated by Minamb. With the "decision by Hugo within a week" statement in the press floated over a week ago and the NA "in permanent session" to discuss\resolve mining issues, I believe that expiration of the May 27th deadline would not be very encouraging. Thoughts anyone? Bueler?
