AP312 program did not start and transmission terminated about 45 minutes ago. Although AP has been known to start transmission (usually late) at 10am Caracas, there is info on the web saying it starts at 11am Caracas. Regardless, there is no transmission as of this moment, although this morning there was indication that an AP312 would be broadcast from the file name download when using the link at the AP web site. So, an AP312 is intended and may still be broadcast today.
