Bullfrog -- while the listing requirements on the AMEX are quite specific, the delisting process is highly discretionary and seems to be most likely for low price shares that trade low volumes. As we discussed a while back on the OT forum, it is very unlikely that KRY would be delisted short of total collapse since it has been trading in high volume making money for the exchange.
