VZ loves the Russians and will call them the models, but since the denial was based on the environment NOT the contractors, that will ultimately play into the hands of KRY and GRZ.

I would not, however, be surprised to see Sanz behind a push for Rusoro taking over KRY and GRZ. Much of this action may be to keep that buyout price low, but if you deny permits and then give them to Rusoro there will be Hell to pay in the international community.

I think we have a bit more turbulence to endure but it wil work out OK in the end.
