vin, one difference is that LC does'nt have the same type of public opposition...the locals, the illegals, even the indigenous are mostly in favor of mining LC (the only argument is WHO should mine it)....the LC land is already f'd up so the "pristine rainforest" argument does'nt fly...nahhhh, i aint buying it.....ortega's just covering her butt so 15yrs from now she does'nt get hung out to dry...she's making hugo/sanz make the call...
