gw, imo her statement alone of "there IS irreversible environmental damage" shows that she has'nt had much to do with this whole process... how do you rescind/deny a permit to a company based on what happened to the property by illegals prior to the company's involvement....i get the feeling she is/was under the impression that kry/grz caused these problems...

during the next govt election in venezuela maybe the vennies should look at outsourcing....imo
