Pam, I think we can all sympathize (or empathize) with the frustration we are enduring here. When I need to vent, I step away from the screen, do maximum push ups and compose myself. This routine has not helped the SP, but has done wonders for my pecs, lol. Let's hope we get positive feedback before I become a "Schwarzenegger", lol...
