KRY versus GRZ: Is one a safer bet than the other...

...given the situation on the ground in VZ? I've read a lot of commentary by posters on "another message board" as to why GRZ may be safer. Truthfully....I've never paid much attention. Today...with KRY down 20% and GRZ off only 1.5% gives me pause to wonder. GRZ had already had been granted their environmental permit. That seems to be an advantage. Anybody have any opinions\insight on this?
