Looking at this latest press release from Doug, I would say the Vennies don't know what is happening either or are just ingoring what previously occurred. There was not one counter argument from the government officals on any of Doug complaints. In fact, there was no defense given for the permit denial by the government. Only thing is all government offical agree that the mining is allowed in the impacta forest.

However, one thing has bug me since this began. That huge increase in the short position a little under a month before the black day press release. Maybe this is just my conspiracey theory, but since know one in government seems to be saying anything about the denial something seems strange.
