This is just my opinion...but I feel a public hanging of the Director General of the Administrative Office of Permits would go a long way toward clarifying the positin of the Venezuelan Government and would help resolve the tenuous political situation that has been created as a result of the infamous letter. If Sanz personally pulled the gallows lever my guess is we would get a significant pop in the shareprice.
