kry is in a much different place than either placer or VVV.

placer had the opportunity to mine but did'nt, vannessa's a joke.

according to the MOA it's the cvg's responsibility to acquire all necessary permits, not kry's...if the cvg does'nt acquire the permits for kry then how could they acquire them for someone else? i guess what i'm trying to say is that kry has posted bond, done social works, etc, etc...lots of expenditures and no legal reason to kick them out (you cant claim environment and then let someone else mine it..) this would be the best lawsuit case i've seen yet in venezuela but i dont see it coming to that...imo

the vens hav'nt siezed LC, they hav'nt said the illegals are going to be given LC (they said they will be moved into the k88 region, theres a lot of mining areas in this region) but the press keeps saying "where LC is located"..the press likes to mention LC....... until the word comes from sanz/hugo...forget it, i'm in! we've seen this stuff before, in 05' hugo said he was nationalizing the mining industry...a couple weeks later kry was issued another permit....good luck all
