I wonder why they bothered 'revoking' their permit. It meant nothing anyway. Even with their permit in hand they still couldn't start building a mine until they received an Initiation Act. What kind of permit was that?

Sounds like someone is up to mischief. A lot of money at stake here. Unfortunately, some of it is mine. How is everyone else doing?
