Nope Vanessa is irrelevant to Crystalex. Vanessa is suing VZ in international arbiration, and is only entitled to money from VZ if they win, which is very unlikely.

Vanessa tried to scam the rights to LC for $50 from Placer Dome right as PD was giving up its concession.
