I think Crystallex will get its permit and that Gold Reserve as well, will build its Brisas mine. If I didn't believe this, I would have sold my shares and moved on.

I think there will be some clarification from Minamb later this week. In the Venezuelan process (throughout the ministries), anyone who has rank can overturn a decision made by a lower rank. I believe the decision will be "modified" to save face and allow much needed development and employment.

The implication of Venezuela following through on what was announced last week makes zero logic. All parties including the environment (through illegal small mining) will continue to suffer. From an environmental viewpoint, allowing Crystallex to develop Cristinas will benefit the Imataca Forest... Crystallex will have to clean up the mess that has been left by the small miners.
