Any information, that anyone from either Grz or Kry communicate relating to their ongoing investigations/discussions, can be assummed to have a material effect on pps. As such, they CANNOT disclose non-public information in anything other than a PR ... that's the way it is. Doesn't mean you can't ask and see if you can't disern any hints, but neither company is going to outright say anything material to an individual shareholder.
