Marlene Vargas has been KRY's biggest supporter and can vouch for all the good that has been bestowed on her community by KRY. If there are miners that are being paid off to lie about "KRY misdeeds" she will be there to set the record straight if her voice is allowed to be heard. I can only hope that this stunt by Hugo that is being carried out c\o Sanz is being done primarily for public relations purposes. Obviously not everyone would be happy if KRY\GRZ were allowed to mine. Most probably many of the small miners would complain (even though many jobs would be created). By approaching things this way...all of the miners (including KRY & GRZ) are begging for resolution (oops...there is that word again). Sanz can then come to the rescue by allowing mining to continue under new...much less profitable rules. Of course Sanz could also just throw a bone at the small miners and keep the KRY\GRZ jewels for themselves. As a Cuban friend is fond of saying...."it's better to live in the land of the lawyers than the land of the military". Hmmmmm....now I know why.
