I don't want to jump the gun and leap to conclusions...but we all know that we live and die by Hugo. To me it is very odd how this "news" (aka disinformation?) is being released. The whole thing, starting with the letter from Minamb, appears to indicate that Hugo wants us out. I hope I'm wrong.
