Okay - Just getting back in and catching up on my reading. I know today is a holiday, but is anything being reported about the miners' reaction? I think that is key. My (optimistic) hope is that this is a shell game whereby Chavez can come in and save the day for the little guy. If the little guy is not particularly interested in having his day saved Chavez action would be highly anti-climatic....
