Never was aware of that quote by Hugo. Not good. It seems like the concensus is that GRZ has been a "better citizen" than KRY. Not sure if that, in fact, is true or if it is true...why. Also...it was stated that KRY "resisted the copper issue". Not sure about that either. Wasn't that the original agreement...before copper prices skyrocketed?
