I appreciate what you are saying regarding working through a process in concert and in communication with the companies. But it seems that that process was abandoned with both Kry and Grz as there seems to have been a communication abyss since summer '07. Now maybe the politics associated with the failed referendum was the reason for that process being frozen, but ...
