The Italian Hotdog has never posted, but is not new to the boards. The Dog is not an expert in investing in stocks, and is very upset about the recent PR and is thinking of contacting Mr. Marshall for the first time re:

1) Whether they can do anything today in light of this alleged Holiday.

2) What, exactly, they can do legally if they have no $.

3) If it's true that HECLA mines in the same area that KRY is being denied access to for "environmental" reasons.

The Dog would like to now if they are in contact with anyone today, so the Dog can prepare for either a day of no news, or another surprise PR that will knock the Dog out of his chair.

The Dog is troubled by the company saying they will take legal action if they, in reality, do not have the finds to do so meaningfully.

Anyway, before the Dog wastes time doing it, has anyone attempted to contact them today regarding any issue whatsoever?
