Rusoro buyout possible?

I haven't read all the posts here yet, but isn't it possible KRY is being set up for a cheap buyout by Rusoro?

Couldn't there be behind the scenes negotiations going on as we sit in disbelief regarding Crystallex not passing the environmental permit criteria? We have complied with everything to date.
