Good Morning. Probably items 1, 2, 3 are the reasons for the situation.
Last weekend, we read about protestors from 21 communities marching from Claritas to Bolivar to meet with Sanz and Chavez regarding mine approvals for employment, and on Wed we hear mine cancellations have occurred due to environment reasons. As mentioned earlier it doesn't appear the right foot knows what the left foot is doing, which doesn't surprise me, however this is where Hugo can play his trump card if he wants Crystallex/Gold Reserve to mine the properties. If he chooses not too, it is because he has a different party in mind to develop the property. There is too much miner employment/votes involved here to turn a blind eye to the development.
In the end a Company will mine the 30+M ozs(proven reserves) of gold on the Las Cristinas/Las Brisas properties. When all of the gold dust settles it probably will be a Russian Company mining the properties. Politically, it's incredible what billion's of $ on weapon purchases (helicopters, submarines, artillary) will get you. Hugo and Russia have been bed partners for a long time and are too much in love!
It's time for KRY/GRZ Mgmt united mtgs with Sanz to confirm the direction Ven is taking on these projects. If the outcome is negative Ven has to be prepared to pay the development costs to date. Hopefully, the result of the meeting will get down to bottom of what's going in Ven.
