I don't think it's over either. Forcing myself to stay calm and objective but not be too hopeful either. Yesterday's news contradicted all of the facts. From what little I can figure...Minamb is the tail and Sanz is the dog. How many Minamb officials have direct access to Hugo? Assuming this "directive" is not originating from Hugo himself...it would seem that Minamb will lose this pissing contest (if that is what it is). Very odd that this occurs right after the miners stage a public protest to get the projcts in Km 88 going...with Sanz in the area with an (apparantly) sympathetic ear.
