I held also,this thing just doesnt make sense.

Does anyone know where on the pecking order the Director General for the admin office of permits at Ministry of Enviroment stand.

Reuters news says the Enviroment ministry says they are not able to comment on this? What the hell does that mean,cant comment?. Mining Ministry says they have not been informed of the situation.No comment from Sanz. Has anyone seen a more disfunctional government than this one.KRY management seem as confused as us as to this also.
