I remember reading the bad news on ARU about a week or so ago and I remember saying, "Wow, what does that feel like?" Well I sure know how ARU investor felt as today all KRY investors took it in the chin. I am shocked with the NR today and did not see this coming. However, looking back and examining the charts I cannot help but wonder if someone did. Anyways I did email Richard and for what it is worth here is his response:

At this stage we are working on getting clarification from senior officials regarding the letter and its implications. Once we have clarification we'll know our status and next path (forward or new). Once we have clarification we'll issue an update press release.

Hi Richard,
What a day! And where did this bad news come from? Anyways do you have any positives that can come out of this? What are you telling your recent PP investors and all the retail and institutional investors about the NR today? I hope that we have damage control in hyper drive with a response to calm investors or what they can expect in the near short term. Are we still positive about the prospects of KRY? It sure does not look good from my vantage point! And yours also as many continued to believe what the company position was. I mean you did pay the taxes and bonds and met all the approvals right... I say again what the hell happened!!!
Shocked and in disbelieve.
