Yes.....at this point...this kind of antic would not occur without Hugo's blessing. Is he picking up shares now? Does he really give a crap about the environment (versus pissing off all of those unemployed [voting] miners)? Does he want the Ruskies to mine it? Will they offer KRY "minority joint venture status"? This makes no sense. I really don't think the environment is the reason for this BS.
