In response to my inquiry regarding the PR -- we had just been advised of this MinAmb correspondence to CVG. Although it's from a lower level bureacrat at MinAmb that the EIS approaval and Bond and tax requests it is concerning and needs further clarification from the CVG, MIBAM and MinAmb. Bob Fung is in Venezuela and we are working on getting a copy of the letter and better undersytanding of the position.
