Bamajag,

Once again the media have grouped Crystallex in with Ven gold mining concessions. Will the media ever figure this one out? Crystallex is an operating contractor who have signed off on an MOA to mine the Las Cristinas Property. Conditions of the Agreement can be view at-

The MOA is a legal, binding Agreement signed off by both parties involved. If Ven decides to cancel or suspend mining concessions it will not impact us at all. I wish the media would get it!
