Still 18 cents/ gallon in Venezuela?

Last time I checked, gasoline was 18 cents a gallon in Venezuela. At that time I jokingly suggested KRY mine that and send it back home. With the latest increases in barrel prices and gasoline hitting $3.50 per U.S. gallon, I wonder what they are paying down there now. Gotta run but will read later if anyone has info. Thanks in advance.
