Is it possible that Infinium Capital Corp. a leading proprietary trading firm located in Toronto, your "black box" operator, is fronting for a client who is interested in the takeover of both KRY and GRZ, and /OR someone involved in KRY Management who may be a MAJOR option holder?

Can these option holders exercise them at any time or at a fixed price?

I have been holding KRY since Sept/Oct 2005 - now 150,000shares
