Debenture....I agree that KRY should respond to this story. I also agree with Makinmoola that the market doesn't seem to be placing much creedence in it. The assertion that Vz officials are considering revising the operating contract to give KRY "minority partner status" needs to be confirmed or denied. It is very material although it appears to be more BS.
