I had the same religious experience as jetfan. lol Really i did the same thing that jetfan did, i sat back and listened. I asked a few questions ,then, all of a sudden MR with a very enthusiastic voice proceeded to explain the many things that where happening in the area and how excited he was about (Sanz) and what a great job he was doing. ( I THINK WE ARE CLOSE). Price does not bear out this statement or logic.
