dogonn, please dont get me wrong. i'm not a kry management basher (truth is i think mngt has done very well considering the environment)...my problem is with cottin specifically...the guy has been down there forever (others have come and gone due to lack of a permit)

 i personally believe he was hired as a fringe benefit to someone else that was on the board/ven govt (at one time)...

he's made repeated bad calls that have ended up in backlash to the PPS.

he's made NO noticeable efforts that i can see and should have constant communication with the ven govt but it always seems to fall back on RM or GT or TB or BO going to venezuela to secure or do something....

WTF do we pay this guy for? and HOW MUCH DOES HE MAKE FOR IT? if we're paying him to gain an "in" with the ven govt then i dont see where the "in" has paid off...if we're paying him to do something, someone please tell me what it is.....
