Art...As I understand it..the MM (aka the market maker) is the entity that controls the largest number of shares who can effectively (within limits) control share price. As far as "manipulation and illegal activity"....who knows. Not necessarily illegal. Probably manipulative the way the price seems to routinely drop on good news during the day only to recover by the close of late....a sign, some might say, of the MM accumulating shares by trying to wring weak hands out. You'll have to excuse my frustration with what seems like the counterintuitive behavior of this stock...hence use of the terms "manipulative and illegal". You're better off asking technical stock market questions to others on this board with more market experience. I try to stay abreast of the fundamentals in gold and hope that KRY gets the permit.
