in regards to ortega being "laid back"...i think "fear-full" is a better description...since rangel signed off on the MOA every politician along the line has used every bit of caution they can before approving anything having to do with LC....as the last signer i'd say ortega has a right to be fearful..i'd be worried about letting a major mining venture in the orinoco rainforest begin too...but it has to happen..

ven politicians have a tendency to do nothing over doing something and later being held accountable, so the delay makes a lot of sense to me but in the long run i think the logical course is to let kry mine...
