Hello xxxx, we are continuing to meet frequently with officials in an effort to get the pending MinAmb permit issued and behind us.
I believe we had discussed in the past that the Bolivar State agenda appeared to be lower priority to the National Government (suggested in many regional newspaper articles) which may have been impacting our process and timelines.
We have heard that the region should gain more attention at the National Executive and the recent visit by President Chavez demonstrates a higher profile for the region.
Hopefully the Bolivar State agenda is gaining momentum which should be helpful in our efforts.

What are your eyes and ears on the street telling you on the recent activity in VZ? Could we finally be seeing the signs of something about to happen on the permit front?
