The Social Program expenditures are being capitalized and once Las Cristinas is in production they should have some depreciation value giving tax benefit (relief).

When taxes are paid in Venezuela the Company receives a Foreign Tax Credit in Canada - so that there's no dual taxation. Venezuela and Canada have an Investment Treaty.
