If I wasn't invested in Kry, I would consider Chavez's commentary to be almost comical. Here he is, the Head of State, and he seems to be functioning more the role of a building or municipal inspector ... I know it's all politics, but it just seems so pathetic, what a clown. Hopefully he his looking to now, finally, be concerned about his political image all over Bolivar and will start up (ie, sign off) all of the projects that have been languishing.
