this is a top article in venezuelanalysis (chavez's spin news site)...it seems to me before/after major events in ven, venezualanalysis will post related articles for damage control.. this one talks about the conflict between the economy/environment and strikes me funny...in the back of my head i get the feeling this is an early attempt to explain why chavez would go against his green policy in order to help the economy....could be nothing but with the "major announcement" news thats supposedly going to happen in bolivar the timing is suspicious.....in those immortal words "something is up"...imo
