CJR - I could not get the document from your link...it would not accept my code entry, but I was able to go to the site myself, search for Crystallex and get it.

I am no accountant so most is gibberish, but I did get a few things that I see:

Price blasted KRY management for their internal controls weakness but they also stated that they still feel the report is an accurate representation of their financial condition.

If I read this right, the revenue drop was expected due to one of the smaller mines depletion (which they mentioned before).

Debts are down, expenses are down and shareholder equity overall increased.

I think I'll wait for better analysis than mine, but although it was not what I was hoping for in terms of improvement, it certainly seems to be going in the right direction.

I still think the last few days have been a shake out of retail who will not read very far into a 41 page document if at all.
