now they're protesting pension and survivor benefits (look for the union label).....i'm beginning to wonder how much of this delay in "mining reform" might be labor related.....i.e. starve'm to death, then negotiate worker benefits....just a thought, in any case, i think the "starve'm part is already done....it seems that the workers have done thier part, the mining companies have done thier part, now the ven govt has to do something.

this inactivity and "deafness to the people" on hugo's part can't go on forever, thats how hugo came to power...
