Yes GW, Bolivar is too hot right now.  If Hugo did a Bolivar Alo it would likely be from Puerto Ordaz and that would not seem to be a good idea politically now since the steel and aluminum sectors are striking.

I don't really expect the permit to be announced in an Alo as Hugo does not really do anything definitive in the broadcasts, as they are really a political tool.  (I have watched many all the way through and can no longer do so due to the overwhelming urge to buy a red shirt and ascot).

As I have related previously, I expect that the permit will come in the Spring/Summer and Sanz will be the guy to make it happen.  The key hold up that I see is the other distractions in the heavy industry area for CVG.

It's all politics and it will work out in its due time, but being a Texan, I'm damned impatient and wanting to spend some of my ill-gotten gains as soon as they arrive.
