Was last trade of 350,000 shares a Cross?

Does anyone what to wager a quess that the last trade for KRY at 16:23 for 350,000 shares was a cross trade? If so let me share a comment I received from Mark Leibovit of VRtrader on a question specific to a cross trade on EQN from last November. This was his comment: "Usually, large blocks are crossed ahead of an important trend change in the security." If you look at the EQN stockchart you will see a couple of smoke stack in the middle with the first stack being the cross trade which was followed by a pop in SP about 10 days later.
