i would too! free (or cheap) cash...especially when you need it, but it cant go on forever, at some point the fed will have to close the window. that billionaire russ was on cnbc this morning and i think he said it best "the problem is'nt rates, what difference does it make if you're denied a loan at 6% or 5%...the problem is availability/access to credit".....hopefully the latest moves by the fed will enable banks to loan some cash but i'm not counting on it...
